Cartref is a New Zealand based Multi-dimensionalism support network offering training and lifestyle guidance in how to navigate the multi-dimensional world around us as we move through ever increasing frequencies from 3rd dimension and beyond. For many this is a difficult journey of self discovery and altered understanding of the universe around us, for others it is a natural progression of soul and beliefs,

Cartref was initially created to publish books on Amazon as a side-hustle to a full time Operational Management role.

During the pandemic lockdowns, like many companies, it was apparent that having all of the staff based within a physical office environment is no longer essential and that staff can work remotely, from anywhere.
Initially working from home several days each week, this led to a realisation that a manager can be more productive without the daily, unscheduled intrusions from team members and the notion that working remotely could be a better option was born.
Whilst there were some concerns from the company Philippa was contracting to, with the Management function being removed from the office, we have been able to increase staff contact as the remote Manager interacts with second tier staff on a daily basis and other key staff team leaders on at least a weekly basis.
Having transitioned from employee to contractor status meant that Philippa had more control on her working life and decided to move out of the hustle and bustle of Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty to a new life in Northland, particularly the town of Dargaville, with it's more relaxed lifestyle.
Being able to relax and enjoy her environment means that Philippa's working life is more enjoyable and productive, her Management support role is thriving and the publishing side of the business is starting to gain traction.
This has allowed for more reflexion on her passion for the spiritual side of life and multi-dimensionalism has evolved as a key element of Cartref. Philippa currently bringing together all her spiritual training with management experience to develop a training and support network for like minded and curious people around the world to integrate their passions and beliefs into a universal understanding of the multi dimensional universe
